Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in Umrah / Hajj operations.
• Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, especially in peak Umrah season.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Knowledge of Umrah group handling.
• Experience working with Nusuk Platform, hotel bookings, and transport suppliers.
• Strong computer skills (Google Sheet, MS Word & MS Excel).

Umrah Operation & Processing

• Handle complete Umrah visa processing through approved portals.
• Maintain updated knowledge of Saudi rules, MOFA, Tawakkalna, Nusuk, airline guidelines, and package requirements.
• Manage bookings for hotels, transportation, Ziyarah tours, and group activities.

Client Support & Communication

• Assist pilgrims throughout the pre-departure process.
• Solve client queries via phone, WhatsApp, and office.
• Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism.

Documentation & Reporting

• Verify passport, photos, and client documents.
• Maintain database of pilgrims, package bookings, and payments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
