∎ We are seeking an experienced International Market Expert to join our government-approved recruiting agency in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global labor markets, international recruitment strategies, and legal and regulatory frameworks related to overseas employment. This role will be instrumental in expanding our agency`s reach into international markets and enhancing our recruitment services on a global scale.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Market Research and Analysis:
∎ • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of international labor markets to identify trends, demand for specific skills, emerging opportunities, and potential challenges.
∎ • Gather data on competitors, industry dynamics, and market conditions to formulate informed strategies.
∎ 2. Strategy Development:
∎ • Develop comprehensive strategies for entering and establishing a strong presence in international markets, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
∎ • Define target countries, industries, and key partnerships to drive successful international expansion.
∎ 3. Partnership and Relationship Management:
∎ • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international stakeholders, including employers, industry associations, government bodies, and potential clients.
∎ • Collaborate with key partners to develop mutually beneficial business opportunities and alliances.
∎ 4. Compliance and Legal Expertise:
∎ • Stay informed about international labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to overseas recruitment and employment.
∎ • Ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards in all international operations and transactions.
∎ 5. Client Engagement and Acquisition:
∎ • Engage with potential clients and build relationships to secure overseas recruitment mandates.
∎ • Present agency services, capabilities, and solutions to prospective clients and demonstrate
∎ a deep understanding of their recruitment needs.

∎ 6. Collaboration and Coordination:
∎ • Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment, marketing, and legal departments, to ensure seamless execution of international projects and initiatives.
∎ • - Coordinate activities and communication across different teams to achieve collective goals and objectives.
∎ 7. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
∎ • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of international market expansion efforts.
∎ • Prepare regular reports and updates on market trends, business growth, and client engagement for management review.
∎ Qualifications and Skills:
∎ • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
∎ • Proven experience (2+ years) in international market expansion, overseas recruitment, or related roles within the labor or recruitment industry.
∎ • Strong knowledge of global labor market dynamics, regulations, and compliance requirements.
∎ • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
∎ • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented approach.
