Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Manage IATA, Reservation & Ticketing.
∎ • Must have knowledge about the issue, reissue, refund, and fare calculation. Excellent knowledge of Galileo, Sabre, and Amadeus.
∎ • Making a reservation and issuing Airline Tickets to the customers.
∎ • Keeping communication with corporate clients.
∎ • Keeping updated knowledge of the Airline's Promotional offers.
∎ • Supporting office sales & administration team.
∎ • Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
∎ • Promoting and marketing the business.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Microsoft Word,
∎ Microsoft Excel.
∎ Knowledge will add extra facility.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Performance bonus, Profit share, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
