Job Context:
∎ * We are looking for an energetic, target-oriented, and well-qualified travel enthusiast to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of Air Ticketing.
∎ You will have a creative flair and will be able to effectively communicate with clients to understand the delicate needs of our premium client segment, and accordingly find the best travel arrangements for clients
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Manage IATA, Reservation & Ticketing.
∎ • Must have knowledge about the issue, reissue, refund, and fare calculation. Excellent knowledge of Galileo, Sabre, and Amadeus.
∎ • Making a reservation and issuing Airline Tickets to the customers.
∎ • Keeping communication with corporate clients.
∎ • Keeping updated knowledge of the Airline's Promotional offers.
∎ • Supporting office sales & administration team.
∎ • Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
∎ • Promoting and marketing the business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ • Must know about the reissue, refund, reschedule, and fare calculation. And sub ID
∎ • Creation.
∎ • Well-versed in various areas of travel (domestic, international, online booking, group).
