Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in CSE or diploma in Arts & Design or relevant subject
∎ Skills Required: UIUX Design
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with the Project Managers, Software engineers, Managment, QA Team for design and decision-related meetings.
∎ Develop UI/UX solutions using a user-centered design.
∎ Create storyboards, user flows, and site maps to demonstrate design ideas.
∎ Propose ideas by following standard design principles, pattern, typography, design
∎ trends, etc.
∎ Strong experience in Website, Web Application Design. Also, need proper knowledge
∎ of iOS and Android mobile application design.
∎ Knowledge of building prototypes through tools like Figma, Invision.
∎ Create final UI screens for several resolutions (if required).
∎ Creative content development for Marketing and Advertising Campaigns such as
∎ social media posts, banners, blog images, infographics.
∎ Create video using Adobe Premiere pro or Camtasia.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience with SEO as a plus
∎ A solid portfolio of design work, clearly demonstrating the process you followed and the outcome you achieved
∎ Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe illustrator,
∎ Adobe XD, Art and Sketch, zeplin
∎ A solid understanding of UX principles
∎ Strong understanding of UX research
∎ Experience with planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing
∎ Knowledge in usability, accessibility, and user-centered design
∎ Experience in Sketch, Invision, Principle
∎ Comfort with Agile development process, Figma, Git, and Github
∎ Experience of work with: After Effects/Adobe Premier/Protopie or Blender 3D or other 3D software; as a plus
