Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio of mobile and web application designs.
∎ Expertise in Figma is required; knowledge of additional tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision is a plus.
∎ Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
∎ Ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
∎ Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design user-centered, responsive UI/UX for mobile and web applications.
∎ Work closely with product managers and developers to transform requirements into intuitive designs.
∎ Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine and improve interfaces.
∎ Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and other tools.
∎ Ensure visual consistency across mobile and web platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and UX best practices.
