• Age 20 to 30 years

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. A background in visual design and user psychology is highly desirable.

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, focusing on creating engaging, user-centered digital experiences across various platforms.

• Proven ability to drive the design process from conceptualization through to final implementation while maintaining a strong collaboration with development and research teams.

• Lead the design process to develop visually compelling and user-centered interfaces using tools like Figma, Flutter, Canva, Web Preview, and App Preview.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design improvements and ensure the final product aligns with user needs.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and marketers to implement design strategies and maintain consistency across platforms.

• Develop and maintain design prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups, iterating on designs based on stakeholder feedback and evolving project requirements.

• Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and are optimized for various device types, delivering a seamless user experience in both digital and physical settings.

• Act as a design advocate within the company by communicating the value and strategy behind design decisions, and by mentoring junior designers to help increase the overall design quality of the team.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, best practices, and technological advances to continuously refine and innovate the company’s UI/UX design practices.
