Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for dynamic and experienced professionals with a Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering who are interested in cement sales. Candidates must have hands-on experience in cement/construction-related fields and be capable of providing technical support alongside sales activities.
Job Description / Responsibility:
- Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets and increasing market share.
- Maintaining liaisons with key departments to ensure the smooth functioning of sales operations.
- Generating new customers and ensuring market coverage in assigned areas.
- Attending customer/distributor’s inquiries, quoting price, taking orders, and following up on orders.
- Responsible for driving sales in the cement trade segment.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving customer complaints.
- Properly monitoring the daily activities of the sales executives in assigned areas.
- Maintaining good relationships with distributors & ensuring the optimum level of inventory at the distributor’s warehouse.
