Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a full-time TSM (Territory Sales Manager`s) who will organize and execute our business and marketing strategies and market visit to help our team scale our growth.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka, Narayanganj, Munshiganj, Manikganj, Gazipur, Cumilla, Lalmonirha, Panchagarh, Chandpur.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet monthly sales & collection according to the company policy.
∎ To follow marketing activities as per company policy.
∎ Set sales targets and plan accordingly and take initiatives to hit the target.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing / potential new clients.
∎ Build a strong rapport with customers.
∎ Visit market, hunt new clients & dealers, and act to create new market opportunities, and report to the line manager on regular basis.
∎ Responsible for collection and product delivery in a timely manner.
∎ Increase sales by developing new parties.
∎ Regularly check & monitor the parties on credit accounts and act to drive the credit collection.
∎ Visit the assigned dealers/party areas in accordance with the route plan.
∎ Conduct market surveys for data collection to develop new products or increase the product line.
∎ Daily Check-In & Check-Out is mandatory in tracking software.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure, Analytical ability, Area/ Territory Marketing, Communication
∎ Ability to Work independently.
∎ Candidates must have (FMCG) product sales experience
