∎ Minimum 3 years banking experience as a permanent employee including 2-year direct experience in Treasury operations department.
∎ To play role as a Team Member.
∎ Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of Treasury operations activities in a Timely manner.
∎ Ensure completion of work within the deadline/cut off time strictly.
∎ Good knowledge in MS excel.
∎ Flexible and pro-activeness.
∎ Keen to have new work and responsibility assigned by the management.
∎ Both males & females are allowed to apply.
∎ Requirements may be relaxed for relevant and experienced candidates.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing daily exchange position.
∎ Money Market, Security Market & FX transactions processing.
∎ Processing and monitoring overall Treasury Transactions in RTGS, Module & FMI systems within the stipulated time.
∎ Processing of TT, BB cheque, BB deposit slip, Fund Transfer of accounts (local and nostro) whenever necessary.
∎ Ensure posting of all Treasury Transactions in CBS.
∎ Treasury reporting to regulatory Authorities – CRR SLR, WBRF, TICM, EFI, CRF, Nostro Reconciliation Report, LCR, NSFR, Non Listed Security Report, DB 5A, DB 5 PTS, Investment Provision Report along with all Treasury Bill Bond related reports.
∎ EDS Money Transaction.
∎ Reconciliation of Local accounts and Nostro accounts.
∎ Weekly revaluation of Treasury bills and bonds (HFT Securities).
∎ Maintain Treasury Bill Bond Portfolio & Other investment Portfolio like maturity, coupon/dividend payments etc.
∎ Maintain own portfolio and cliental portfolio of Treasury Bill/Bond like maturity, coupon payments etc.
∎ Yearly Amortization of HTM securities.
∎ Ensure proper documentation with voucher.
∎ Preparing daily exchange position.
∎ Money Market, Security Market & FX transactions processing.
