• Bachelor/Honors
• Diploma in Hotel Management

• At least 2 years

• Age 25 to 35 years

• GDS experience would also be an advantage.

• You need to have exceptional customer service skills, be driven by your passion for travel and motivated to meet and exceed your targets.

• Must be fluent in English.

• You will receive full training when you start with further training support in your first year and onwards in your career.

• Amadeus GDS will be advantageous.

• Overall, a successful travel consultant should possess a combination of industry knowledge, excellent communication and customer service skills, organization and time management abilities, problem-solving capabilities, and a strong attention to detail.

We are now recruiting for a Travel Sales Specialist to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients in planning, organizing, and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.

• Providing expert advice and recommendations on travel destinations, attractions, and local customs and regulations.

• Researching and staying updated on the latest travel trends, deals, and promotions.

• Negotiating with travel suppliers to secure the best rates and packages for clients.

• Creating detailed itineraries and travel plans tailored to clients` preferences and budget.

• Handling travel-related inquiries, complaints, and emergencies, and providing timely solutions andassistance.

• Processing payments, issuing tickets, and managing travel documents.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Collaborating with other travel consultants and team members to share knowledge and resources.

• Keeping accurate records of bookings, expenses, and client information.
