Identifying and guiding patients to Great International Hospitals for their better treatment as well as good places to visit.

Review and organize patients' medical histories and diagnostic reports.

Coordinate with overseas hospitals (e.g., in Thailand, Malaysia, or India) to obtain second opinions and cost estimates.

Explain treatment plans, associated costs, and hospital feedback clearly to patients.

Assist patients with medical visa processing, flight bookings, and local accommodation.

Arrange local transportation, airport pick-ups, and interpreter services if necessary.

Generate patient leads through networking, digital marketing, and hospital/doctor outreach.

Meet or exceed monthly referral and sales targets.

Build strategic partnerships with local doctors, diagnostic centers, and corporate entities.

Handle patient inquiries promptly via phone, email, and messaging apps.

Maintain regular follow-ups before, during, and after their medical trip to ensure high satisfaction and generate reviews.

Knowledge of topography and major tourist destinations as well as the various treatments offered by famous doctors and different hospitals is preferable.

Assess client needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend ideal travel destinations and packages.

Establishing Tie-ups from international corporate, relation with local and foreign hospitals, tour facilitator’s hotels, visa office, governments for patient referrals.

Knowledge of making various types of product promotions and do marketing (video & visual) through online social sites apart from Tourism activities.

Meeting and Greeting Clients at Airport in case of Large Group Tour or based on emergency.

Ensuring initial response time of less than 1.5 hours for domestic and overseas queries.

Plan and execute monthly Activity Calendar.

Develop and execute Annual Marketing Plan for International Patient Services.

Find new business development opportunities in focus geographies.

Research about clinics, hospitals and business partners in local and abroad for partnership.

Understanding the complex travel arrangements in combination to the complicated medical procedures.

Understanding language and cultural barriers for easy transition (Bengali, Hindi and English are must).

Making critical preparations linked to the medical tourist s life, incidents.

Discover high potential corporate clients and develop promotional or special pricing to generate business.

Drive promotional events to ensure footfalls and revenue generation for our services.

Developing unique and standard events/products plans.

Exposure of foreign countries in overseas business development will be added advantage.

Analyzing and updating competitor activities and their channels of distribution.

Having adequate knowledge of services, products, promotions, pricing, etc.
