Plan, manage, and optimize all transportation operations for cement distribution, ensuring efficient delivery to various locations.
Oversee fleet management, maintenance, and compliance with safety regulations.
Develop and implement cost-effective transportation strategies to reduce operational expenses.
Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and customers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of drivers and transport teams, ensuring high service standards.
Ensure all transportation activities adhere to legal guidelines and environmental standards.
Manage budgets, analyze cost reports, and implement improvements to increase cost efficiency.
Resolve any issues related to delivery, delays, or transportation discrepancies.
Regularly review and update routes and schedules based on demand and operational efficiency.
