Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters with 3-5 years’ experience in training and development in NGO sector;
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
NGO
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sh/e will develop a training plan for the project participants and staff.
∎ Sh/e will perform and conduct training/capacity building activities at the office and field level and engage and contact resource person (where applicable) on the relevant capacity building activities in the Project;
∎ Sh/e will follow up the trained objects with the project participants and staffs;
∎ Sh/e will develop training module/manual to train the project participants.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good command both in English & Bangla;
∎ Requires knowledge of using personal computers including Microsoft Office Application;
∎ Willing to stay field office area.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 26160 (Monthly)
