∎ Direct line supervisor of IPC Facilitator, Facility Management Expert, Health Care Waste
∎ Management & Envioronment Health Expert.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Management
∎ The Training Manager is fully responsible to implement the project as the project
∎ lead.
∎ She/he will be responsible for preparation of project details implementation plan,
∎ monitoring and supervision.
∎ She/he will closely work with Program Manager-WASH to ensure timely donor
∎ communication, reporting and development of other documentations.
∎ As delegated, she/he will be maintaining coordination and communication with
∎ the project personnel,staff, donors, Civil Surgeon, UH&FPO, Camp in Charge (CiC),
∎ Health & WASH sector, Health service providers and relevant stakeholders.
∎ Provide necessary support to the team to achieve organizational mission, vision,
∎ goals and objectives.
∎ She/he will ensure contribution towards monthly Sitreps, progress reports,
∎ quarterly/annual reports as required.
∎ Work close with Business Development Manager, MEAL Manager, WASH Program
∎ Manager and other team member to develop new project proposal.
∎ She/he will represent organization in different forum i;e
∎ meeting/workshop/seminars at local and national label.Capacity
∎ Building/Training
∎ She/he will develop effective training planning for the project.
∎ She/he ensure TNA (Training Need Assessment), training module, materials, and
∎ development of curriculums.
∎ She/he will be responsible for training facilitation, training assessment and
∎ training report preparation.
∎ She/he have responsible for ensuring WASH FIT, WASH in healthcare and IPC protocol and standards- are implemented.
∎ Ensure effective IEC/BCC materials for awareness building and the enhance the
∎ capacity of the participants.
∎ Monitoring and follow up
∎ Support MEAL team to develop a MEAL planning for the project.
∎ Conduct regular monitoring/joint monitoring & follow up and take corrective
∎ measures.Training Manager
∎ Ensure base line, endline and project completion report with the support of MEAL
∎ team.Coordination
∎ and Advocacy
∎ Build effective collaboration and coordination with GoB officials, Donor, Health &
∎ WASH sector of Cox's Bazar.
∎ She/he will maintain the liaison and coordination with the stakeholders and
∎ advocate health and WASH issues with the policy makers.
∎ Organize and facilitate advocacy and coordination meeting/workshop and sharing
∎ the lesson learning and challenges with the respective.
∎ Staff Management
∎ She/he will be ensuring the efficient performance management with support of
∎ HR and Program Manager and ensure HR policy and procedures are upheld.
∎ She/he will ensure the staff capacity building through coaching, mentoring,
∎ training, demonstration, etc. .Financial and logistics
∎ Management
∎ As project team lead, she/he will ensure the effective use of resources and ensure
∎ compliances as per Organization policies.
∎ She/he will maintain effective coordination with the program, finance and
∎ procurement team for ensuring transparency, accountability and good governance.
∎ Prepared PR (Purchased Request) and ensure effective use of materials/services on time with the support of logistic team.
∎ Gender & Safe guarding, and safety & security
∎ She/he will ensure the gender and safeguarding issues, and sensitize gender and child protection in the project activities.
∎ Ensure gender and safeguard training for all project staff with the support of
∎ gender and safeguard team.
∎ She/he will identify potential risk of the project and ensure safe and secured
∎ working environment for the staff, beneficiaries and project and project participants.
∎ If any gender & safeguarding and security issues share with the respective focal persons as per policy.
∎ Maintain confidentiality of organizational information and documents strictly and sincerely
∎ General
∎ Deliver high-quality results in line with the terms of reference agreed in advance to do this in a way which maintains the reputation of the Humanitarian
∎ Department.
∎ Comply with organizations policies and practice with respect to code of conduct,
∎ health and safety, equal opportunities and other relevant policies and procedures.
∎ To perform such other responsibilities as agreed with your line management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 4 years working experience in humanitarian field.
∎ Working experience in a similar function is must.
∎ Experience is training planning and facilitation
∎ Professional
∎ requirements organizing and conducting national-level training, training coordinator in projects
∎ supported by the UN departments
∎ Language
∎ Good English skills (written, spoken and reading)
∎ Personal requirements
∎ Willingness to accept frequent travels
