Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinating with various departments, monitoring stock levels, ensuring timely procurement, and maintaining accurate records.
∎ Check opening Stocks as per Reports on a daily basis, particularly on running items.
∎ Need to maintain store register of related materials.
∎ Maintain all store related paperwork, stock register and related work.
∎ Receive materials as per invoice and arrange all stores.
∎ Prepare bills/Goods Receipt PO of incoming material and submit to concerned departments.
∎ Check the materials with challan and work order at the delivery time.
∎ Responsible for inputting all daily transactions of materials and updating the balance regularly.
∎ Verify all the last day activity (In/Out) & rectify the error if any.
∎ Maintain periodical store materials counting and prepare on time reports to the authority.
∎ Ensure the implementation of the Inventory management system.
∎ Strong coordination with the team, and user departments.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management as and when required.
∎ The Officer - Store is responsible for managing and maintaining the hospital's inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and other materials necessary for the efficient operation of the hospital. This role involves :-
