∎ Age 30 to 50 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Interpreting the orders provided by the physician or other prescribing medical professional.
∎ Explaining what will happen during the CT scan to patients.
∎ Positioning patients properly to take the necessary images.
∎ Administering IVs that contain contrast dyes to enhance imaging.
∎ Examining images to ensure they’re usable.
∎ Updating patient medical information.
∎ Cleaning and maintaining CT scan equipment.
∎ Keeping inventory of CT scan supplies and making orders for supply restocks as required.
