Responsibilities & Context:
∎ On-Site Medical Services
∎ Provide primary medical care, first aid, and treatment to employees and clients at the office premises.
∎ Offer health consultations and issue medical prescriptions as required.
∎ Manage medical emergencies promptly and arrange referrals to hospitals or clinics when needed.
∎ Telephonic Medical Consultation
∎ Attend emergency calls to provide medical advice and support beyond office hours if necessary.
∎ Guide employees or clients on treatment, tests, or further care options.
∎ Preventive Health Care & Awareness
∎ Conduct regular health check-ups (blood pressure, blood sugar, general vitals).
∎ Organize health awareness programs on preventive care, mental health, stress management, and nutrition.
∎ Monitor health trends among employees and suggest improvements to workplace wellness programs.
∎ Emergency Preparedness
∎ Ensure first aid kits, emergency medications, and health equipment are readily available and maintained.
∎ Develop protocols for handling medical emergencies at the workplace.
∎ Health Documentation
∎ Maintain up-to-date and confidential health records for employees and clients.
∎ Document all consultations, prescriptions, and treatments accurately.
∎ Coordination and Support
∎ Collaborate with nearby hospitals, ambulance services, and pharmacies for external medical needs.
∎ Assist HR & Admin teams with employee health and wellness initiatives.Any Task Assign By Management.
