Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure proper medical care for all employees.
∎ Refer the serious or critical patient to respective hospitals, if required.
∎ Supervise the job responsibility of paramedics and first aiders.
∎ Arrange counseling program regarding health and safety issues in coordination with the factory counselor.
∎ Organize seminars on hygiene, first aid, occupational health or any epidemic break out Train employees regarding health related different issues Report to GM, HRM and communicate any health related issues
