∎ Must be result-oriented, having proven technical and leadership capabilities.

∎ Attract and engage top-tier, highly reputed doctors to establish their practice at Gulshan Clinic Ltd., emphasizing its exceptional facilities and patient care standards.
∎ Identify target markets and build strategic partnerships with doctors, healthcare providers, corporate entities, and insurance companies.
∎ Set and manage sales targets, ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual goals are consistently achieved.
∎ Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, traditional, and referral-based initiatives.
∎ Develop unique brand positioning and messaging to distinguish Gulshan Clinic Ltd. from competitors.
∎ Oversee social media management, digital marketing, content creation, and advertising strategies to effectively engage with patients and healthcare professionals.
∎ Assign clear, budget-aligned sales targets to each team member. Track and evaluate real-time sales activities to ensure accountability and performance. Offer guidance, motivation, and support to empower the team in achieving their sales target effectively.
∎ Cultivate a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and drives superior performance.
∎ Plan and visit district-level doctors, hospitals, and diagnostic laboratories to establish collaborations and drive peripheral business growth.
∎ Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned or advised by the management.
