Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design quality sales training programs within budget limitations
∎ Schedule individual and team training plans on a regular basis
∎ Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs
∎ Oversee training material and suggest improvements
∎ Choose the most appropriate training method per case
∎ Evaluate sales team performance to ensure incorporation of taught techniques
∎ Report on training program effectiveness
∎ Discipline and provide coaching to salespeople as necessary
∎ Engage in one-on-one reviews with salespeople to maximize performance
∎ Create an open-communication climate and gather team members’ preferences for potential training
∎ Maintain updated curriculum database and training record
∎ Stay up-to-date with employee development trends
∎ Collect and interpret data to determine effectiveness of training techniques
∎ Write and publish training materials
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent computer skills with proven proficiency in MS office applications
∎ Expertise on preparing reports and presentation skill in Excel
∎ Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal skills
∎ Good interpersonal skill, ability to interact and build relationships and work as a team
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
