Responsibilities & Context:
Greet visitors
Manage incoming calls,and handle front desk operations.
Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, correspondence, and record keeping.
Maintain classroom environment and record student attendance.
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings.
Collect and maintain student information and documentation.
Ensure office security and monitor visitor access.
Manage social media platforms and company emails professionally.
Conduct marketing visits and participate in promotional activities (video/live sessions).
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and maintain office supplies.
Supervise office assistant activities and perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Note: Salary BDT 12,000 + Commission (after 3-month probation).
