Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Good communication skills, Microsoft Office Applications, Multitasking, Negotiation Skills, Teamwork skills, Time Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Represent the front desk of the business, by meeting and greeting the clients and directing clients after their office visits to the respective personnel.
∎ Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.).
∎ Manage large number of incoming and outgoing phone calls.
∎ Receiving and sending emails to the respective personnel.
∎ Doing the required scanning, printing of the documents and communicate them to the relevant departments.
∎ Communicating with the clients and updating their status on respective sheets.
∎ Providing counselling to the clients both online and offline.
∎ Take student admission.
∎ Manage complaints of the respective personnel professionally.
∎ Management of the drives and sheets.
∎ Communicate & cooperate with the teachers and students continuously.
∎ Ensure smoother operations of the classes through online and offline management.
∎ Keep track of business’s products, and inventory, and provide requirements if anything needed.
∎ Manage and monitor Bhasha Skool’s digital presence.
∎ Generating new ideas for Bhasha Skool’s growth
∎ Visiting outdoor office, institutes for Business development
∎ Do any tasks assigned by the organization within the job role.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Salary will be reviewed on a yearly basis.
∎ Performance bonus will be provided based on company policy.
