Responsibilities & Context:

Department: Office of the Registrar

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Counsel prospective students and guardians regarding academic programs, admission requirements, scholarships, and tuition fees.

  • Process admission applications and maintain accurate admission records.

  • Coordinate admission campaigns, education fairs, school/college visits, and promotional activities.

  • Respond to admission-related queries through telephone, email, social media, and in-person communication.

  • Prepare admission reports and maintain relevant databases.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the University Authority.
