Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Developing recruitment strategies, setting goals, and identifying target student demographics.
Policy & Process Improvement: Advising on and refining admissions policies, ensuring fairness and compliance, and streamlining application processes.
Team Leadership: Partnering with specific departments (faculties) to understand their needs and potentially supervising other officers.
Complex Case Management: Handling difficult decisions related to fee status, visa compliance, and grade equivalencies.
Data Analysis: Using tools like Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) to analyze trends, evaluate effectiveness, and report insights to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Communication: Serving as a key advisor to academic staff and a point of contact for complex student inquiries.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Education, Business, Data Analysis).
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience in data interpretation, admissions processes, and student support.
