Experience:
Monitor daily employee attendance, absenteeism, and lateness.
Provide counseling and guidance to employees when necessary.
Ensure compliance with University policies, procedures, code of conduct, and labor laws.
Handling disciplinary matters, investigations, and corrective action processes.
Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation, including warning letters, show-cause notices, memos, and employee records.
Maintain and update employee databases, personnel files, and HRIS records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports and workforce analytics.
Coordinate with department heads and supervisors regarding manpower and employee-related matters.
Support recruitment, onboarding, induction, and employee orientation activities.
Assist in employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records at all times.
Support internal and external audits, compliance checks, and HR projects as assigned
