• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to servant leadership.

• Practicing Christian with a mature faith and alignment with the mission and values of GEG Bangladesh Limited.

Reports To: Administrative Director, WCA
Contract Term: Three Years (Renewable)
Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Middle and High School programs.

• Ensure excellence in teaching, learning, assessment, and student development within an American curriculum framework.

• Supervise and mentor faculty and support staff, fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.

• . Support academic and operational effectiveness in partnership with the Administrative Director.

• Promote a positive school culture that reflects Christian values and high educational standards.

• Assist in maintaining compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.

• Contribute to the professional development and capacity building of national staff.

• Advance the mission, vision, and strategic goals of GEG Bangladesh Limited
