Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in IELTS and/or English language training.
Strong knowledge of IELTS exam structure, band descriptors, and preparation strategies.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Experience in developing lesson plans and assessment materials is preferred.
Familiarity with online teaching platforms, LMS, and digital learning tools will be an advantage.
Position Overview:
The Teacher – IELTS & English Language Learning Programs will be responsible for delivering high-quality IELTS preparation and English language training to learners through engaging and learner-centered instruction. The role involves conducting classes, preparing lesson plans, assessing learner progress, developing learning materials, and supporting continuous improvement of academic content. The incumbent will work closely with the academic team to ensure effective learning outcomes and an excellent student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Teaching & Classroom Delivery
Deliver engaging IELTS preparation and English communication classes through online and/or offline platforms.
Conduct interactive sessions covering Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking, Grammar, Vocabulary, and Pronunciation.
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learner levels and learning styles.
Encourage active participation and build learners' confidence in English communication.
2. Lesson Planning & Content Development
Prepare lesson plans, classroom activities, assignments, and practice materials aligned with course objectives.
Develop and update learning resources, quizzes, mock tests, and supplementary materials.
Ensure all instructional content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the latest IELTS exam format.
3. Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring
Assess learners through assignments, quizzes, mock exams, and classroom activities.
Provide constructive feedback and personalized guidance to help learners improve.
Monitor student attendance, participation, and academic progress, and maintain related records.
4. Academic Quality & Continuous Improvement
Follow academic standards and teaching guidelines established by the organization.
Participate in curriculum reviews and contribute ideas for improving course materials and learning experiences.
Incorporate learner feedback to enhance teaching effectiveness.
5. Collaboration & Professional Development
Work closely with the academic and operations teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
Participate in academic meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
Stay updated on IELTS examination trends, English language teaching methodologies, and digital learning tools.
