Job Responsibilities:
Contact prospective students and parents via phone calls to introduce our Japanese language courses and student visa services.
Counsel students about studying in Japan, including language school, college, and university admission opportunities.
Explain Japanese language programs (JLPT N5/N4), course schedules, fees, and admission procedures.
Provide accurate information regarding Japan student visa requirements, application processes, and document checklists.
Follow up with interested students and maintain regular communication until enrollment.
Schedule counseling appointments (online/offline) with education consultants.
Maintain records of leads, inquiries, and follow-up activities in the CRM/database.
Meet daily and monthly call targets and student enrollment goals.
Coordinate with the admissions and documentation team to ensure smooth application processing.
Build strong relationships with students and parents by providing professional and friendly customer service.
Stay updated on Japanese education systems, universities, language schools, scholarships, and visa regulations.
Represent the company professionally while promoting our educational services.
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Excellent communication and telemarketing skills.
Experience in student counseling, education consultancy, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.
Good command of English and Bangla.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
Ability to work with targets and under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred.
