Food Chain shop, Hotel waiter, Restaurant Expert
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Restaurant
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and develop comprehensive programs for training, including corporate topics, recipe training, and compliance training
∎ Select the ideal training methods or activities for Outlet Team Members
∎ Conduct regular, needs assessments, identifying skills or knowledge gaps of Outlet Team Members that need addressing
∎ Analyze and incorporate new training methods and techniques
∎ Develop and prepare educational/training aids and materials, as needed
∎ Evaluate effectiveness of training courses and provide summary reports to management, determining impact of training on employee skills and corporate goals
∎ Maintain a database of curriculum, materials, and personnel training records

∎ Age at least 25 years

∎ Candidate must have to be smart, energetic & dynamic.
∎ Should be friendly and well mannered.
∎ Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
