∎ At least 3 years working experience and 1 year experience with NGO in CHT.
∎ Previous experience in training, facilitation, or youth development programs.
∎ Knowledge of youth development principles, adolescent psychology, and best practices in experiential learning
∎ Fluency in at least one of the CHT small ethnic community language
∎ Excellent planning and time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
∎ Having excellent writing, reporting, and analytical skills.
∎ Outstanding knowledge and negotiation skill to work with Govt. Institutions and relevant stakeholders.
∎ Strong ability in problem solving and decision-making.
∎ Skilled in documentation, facilitation, presentation & reporting.
∎ Must have Computer knowledge (MS word, excel, PowerPoint, email, internet etc.)
∎ The female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions and workshops for youth participants, utilizing a variety of instructional methods and techniques. Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and collaboration among participants.
∎ Mentorship and Support: Offer mentorship and support to participants throughout the training program. Serve as a resource for advice, guidance, and encouragement, and provide constructive feedback to help participants maximize their potential.
∎ Collaboration and Networking: Collaborate with project partners, community organizations, and other stakeholders to leverage resources and expertise. Build networks and partnerships to expand the reach and impact of the youth development project.
∎ Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant attendance, and program outcomes. Prepare regular reports and evaluations to document progress and communicate key findings to project stakeholders.

The organization started its journey in 1999 TAHZINGDONG strives to empower the most disadvantaged marginalized and vulnerable people in CHT through alternative development process of the people as well as ensure the sustainable development of community and society.
∎ Currently TAHZINGDONG is inviting applications to fill the position of Trainer or Bangladesh Integrated Youth Activity (BIYA)/BIJOYEE USAID to be implemented through the partnership with CARE Bangladesh.
∎ Job Location: Bandarban District and frequently visit to project Area
∎ Job Description & Responsibilities:
∎ Trainer needs to play a vital role in designing and delivering training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and capabilities of young participants. The Trainer will work closely with project stakeholders to develop a curriculum, facilitate training sessions, and assess the effectiveness of the program.
