Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify training needs, set training objectives, prepare training modules and execute all the functions to train sewing machine operators for a woven garments.
∎ Optimizing training methods & processes for efficiency & effectiveness of woven bottoms; sewing machine operator
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of all training programs at the reaction, learning, result level and impact level.
∎ Prepare the training calendar and set schedule for implementation.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual training reports and maintain training records & documentation.
∎ Train & explain LEAN principles and proper use of LEAN tools across the company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Having working experience to train sewing operator.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Must have experience to operate all types of sewing machine-Like plain machine, Kanshai machine, FOA etc.
Salary: Negotiable
