Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receives all thorough product knowledge and give training to the sales promoters.
∎ Work with teams on different projects or regular activities and execute marketing deliverables.
∎ Implementation of Sales & Marketing plans, including company's vision, strategies and market strategy insight.
∎ Organize training program for sales promoters and other employees.
∎ Training in team building, creating a team identity and hitting goals as a group.
∎ Exercise & Monitors performance progress and regularly update Management Level.
∎ Give proper guidance to the sales promoters as per senior's commands.
∎ Daily assigned task as per management instruction.
