Consumer Behavior Understanding, Marketing Strategies, Product knowledge, sales trend

Hotel, Mobile Accessories, Resort, Restaurant
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process, develops individual coaching plans, provides resources and assistance, and schedules orientation drive-alongs with senior representatives.
∎ Conducts exercise sessions for new and current sales employees.
∎ Facilitate induction session for new sales trainees.
∎ Observes sales encounters and collects feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions.
∎ Analyze Market Sales Pattern and consumer Behaviour.
∎ Coordinates with other sales operations, HR and branding team.
∎ Submit Training Report to Sales Operations and HR Manager time to time.
∎ Structures training plans to meet financial objectives.
∎ Take approval of Training Plan from HRBP.
∎ Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, workshop and reading professional publications.
