Essential to complete a training course on Web Development NTVQF level-4/5 from
the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB) or reputed institutions.
At least 1 year experience concerned.
The trainer interested to join under the project should have experience in the area of
Web Development and Digital Marketing etc.
Clear understanding of Competency Standards (CS) for Web Development and
Competency-Based Training
Apply basic knowledge of web platforms of Web Development
Local language proficiency and working knowledge of written and spoken English
Clear understanding of training, session plan development, and business plan.
Facilitating skills of different trainings, workshops, and mentoring others.
Facilitate the different processes of capacity-building activities for project participants (the youth) of the project
Ability to develop training modules and process of implementing skill development
training
Gender sensitive and familiar with humanitarian principles and human Rights Based Approach.
Good knowledge of using the internet, digital marketing, freelancing, and software packages (i.e. MS Office) etc.
The office of Deputy Director, Department of Social Services, Cox’s Bazar is looking for a smart and enthusiastic trainer on Web Development for the ILO funded project named “Improving Skills and Economic Opportunities for the Women and Youth in Cox`s Bazar, Bangladesh
(ISEC) Project”.
This position will support youth skill training and provide job placement to fresh training graduates under the project above. The trainer will facilitate to enhance the skills and capacities of youth aspire to get jobs. The trainer interested to work under the said project will also be responsible for maintaining records of all the training documents, materials, and updates related information and other necessary documents to the line manager from timeto time.
Facilitate regular training sessions.
Prepare requisition for raw materials and equipment.
Maintain the training equipment that is used in training.
Coordinate the training and monitor all the trainers.
Ensure and maintain attendance and other documents.
Prepare reports and success stories
