Additional Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training, teaching, or field-level project coordination.

  • Strong facilitation and presentation capability with the ability to engage diverse adult learners in both in-person and virtual settings.

  • High digital fluency, comfortable delivering training through LMS, virtual classrooms, and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom).

  • Demonstrated interest and aptitude in learning and teaching foundational AI concepts, with the ability to translate complexity into practical use cases.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to coordinate effectively with educators, entrepreneurs, NGOs, and institutional partners.

  • Solid ICT knowledge and resilience under pressure, able to manage multiple sessions, timelines, and deliverables without compromising quality.

Project Brief:

The AI Literacy and Applied AI Skills Project aim to equip educators, MSME workers, NGO professionals in Bangladesh with practical and responsible AI skills to improve productivity, employability, and service delivery. Implemented by BRAC Education Programme (BEP) in collaboration with BRAC Learning and Leadership Development and BRAC Social Innovation Lab, and supported by Google.org and ADB through the AVPN Opportunity Fund, the project focuses on integrating AI literacy into real-world professional and training contexts. The training covers foundational AI concepts, hands-on use of AI tools, advanced prompting techniques, and responsible and ethical AI practices. Content is contextualised for different user groups, including lesson planning and assessment support for educators, business operations and digital marketing for MSMEs, and operational and communication tools for NGO and community-based professionals. The project uses a blended delivery model, combining self-paced online learning through BRAC’s LMS with live virtual and in-person facilitation. The approach is designed to integrate smoothly into existing institutional and training schedules without disrupting ongoing programmes. By promoting practical, accessible, and ethical use of AI, the project contributes to building a future-ready workforce and strengthening digital innovation across education, skills training, and community-based sectors in Bangladesh. The project end date is 30 June 2027.

Job Purpose:

The person will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging AI skills training to NGO professionals through a blended learning approach. This role is responsible for conducting in-person and live online sessions, facilitating participants’ learning and project work, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer. Additionally, the position will coordinate all preparatory activities to create a smooth, impactful, and learner-centred training experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person and live online training sessions in alignment with the blended learning model to ensure effective knowledge delivery.

  • Guide participants through self-paced modules, assignments, and project work to achieve desired learning outcomes.

  • Foster an inclusive, interactive, and motivating learning environment that promotes active participation and course completion.

  • Represent the project at assigned partner NGOs as the primary focal person.

  • Coordinate with NGO representatives to schedule sessions, arrange necessary logistics (including venue setup for in-person sessions), and mobilize participants effectively.

  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth, timely, and successful project implementation.

  • Provide continuous learning support, mentoring, and encouragement throughout the program duration.

  • Monitor attendance, participation, and assignment submissions, and conduct timely follow-ups when required.

  • Administer assessments, collect participant feedback, and contribute to ongoing program enhancement and quality improvement initiatives.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation, including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA), to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
