• Diploma in Medical Technology (Physiotherapy)

• Diploma in Physiotherapy/ Occupational therapy from any reputed institution.

• At least 2 years

Experiences

• Minimum 02 years of professional work experience in relevant sectors

• Excellent interpersonal, networking, communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.

• Excellent reading and writing skills in English and Bangla, including the ability to compose, edit, analyse and report using complex information

• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Job Location: The position is based in Parbatipur Upazila of Dinajpur District and with regular travel to upazila and union level for implementation of project activities smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and provide rehabilitation services for children, youth, and other persons with disabilities at the rehabilitation centre in coordination with rehabilitation officer.

• Provision of customized assistive devices (e.g., wheelchairs, crutches, special seating chairs) through appropriate assessment, measurement and timely delivery in coordination with rehabilitation officer.

• Provide caregivers training by demonstrating and reinforcing home-based exercises and therapeutic activities.

• Assist in maintaining and documenting internal and external referral pathways for advanced treatment, hearing and visual services, and rehabilitation camps.

• Conduct community-level follow-up visits and assist with tele-rehabilitation activities once required.

• Support awareness-raising and advocacy activities at community level.

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of client records, service registers, referral forms, and other project-related documents.

• Ensure the maintenance, safe use and cleanliness of rehabilitation equipment and materials.

• Participate in internal coordination meetings, trainings and capacity-building sessions as required.

• Perform any other duties related to rehabilitation service delivery and project implementation as assigned by Come to Work authority and project management.
