• Knowledge of organizational learning, development and organizational behavior.
• Fluent in English and local language.

A. Project Implementation & Coordination

• Organize and conduct peer-to-peer learning sessions and child protection workshops for children and youth, with support from the temporary organizer, across the six wards of the South and North City Corporations.

• Organize and conduct courtyard sessions with parents and family members on social norms, child protection mechanisms, referral services, GBV and SRHR, across the six wards of the South and North City Corporations.

• Support to organize sensitization meetings with local leaders, religious leaders, and duty bearers, across the six wards of the South and North City Corporations.

• Organize and conduct awareness sessions with men and boys on positive masculinity, across the six wards of the South and North City Corporations.

• Support to organize half-yearly meetings with Upazila Parishad, quarterly CMPC meetings, and Child Welfare Board meetings.

• Introduce the process of establishing community-level feedback and accountability mechanisms for child protection, across the six wards of the South and North City Corporations.

B. Stakeholder Engagement

• Establish communication and coordination with district authorities, Counselors of North and South city corporation, child protection committees, head teachers, youth groups, employers, and labor associations.

• Organize activities for international days, including IWD, IDG, and the 16 Days of Activism.

C. Supervision & Team Support

• Provide day-to-day on the job training to temporary organizer.

• Support team planning, field schedules, and activity preparation.

• Ensure safeguarding standards are upheld across all project interventions.

E. Logistics & Administration

• Arrange logistics for workshops, meetings, community events, and field activities.
