Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree/ Master's Degree (Preferably in HRM) from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Communication, Computer skill, MICROSOFT OFFICE

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting training need analysis (TNA)
∎ organizing and conducting different training programs that address specific business needs
∎ Prepare annual training calendar and follow up its implementation
∎ Develop and prepare training content as per assignments
∎ Assist in preparing training budgets
∎ Maintain liaison with external stakeholders, i.e. training institutes, trainers, etc.
∎ Need to follow and perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
∎ Enthusiastic attitude, works well on teams and able to adapt quickly to a fast growing environment
∎ Excellent organization and time management skills
∎ Able to manage e wide range of responsibilities with a variety of stakeholders
