∎ SSC, HSC or Vocational Training Certificate from any institution in BD.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide service & customer support during field visits or dispatches.
∎ Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
∎ Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
∎ Assist with the identification and planning of routine works.
∎ Assisting engineers and others with all aspects.
∎ Effective communication skills with colleagues and managers.
∎ Willingness to learn , develop skills & share information.
∎ Inspecting, analyzing and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
∎ Reading repair manuals and liaising with other professionals.
