Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering OR Information Technology OR Related Field.

• At most 2 years

• Proven hands-on Software Development Knowledge.

• Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.

• Good knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies

• Knowledge of Python & related frameworks.

• Knowledge in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework.

• Nice to have an understanding on ERP software development & knowledge.

• Basic understanding of writing test cases and unit testing.

• Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.

• Basic understanding of software development methodologies and tools.

• Basic understanding of SOLID principles and software development life cycle.

Training Period: 4 months

Job Description: BJIT is looking for highly motivated individuals to join as “Trainee Software Engineer” in rapidly growing open-source ERP Platform Odoo. This will be a great opportunity for freshers to get professional training in Core Python Program with related framework and gain practical experience in Odoo customization, enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in full-time technical training, completing assignments and project work.

• Collaborate with real development teams to gain insight into industry-level work culture and hands-on experience.

• Understand the development process, including an introduction to development tools and technologies.

• Receive training on the fundamentals of Cloud Services and the AGILE methodology.

• Develop industry-standard Softskill in global business culture, communication, negotiation, and analytical thinking

Skill Development Training/Hire & Train Program:

• The training program will last 17 weeks, including 4 weeks of project work to develop skills and capabilities

• 50% of the top performers will be selected as permanent employees based on their training evaluations.
