• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, C++

• Knowledge in different AI development Framework

• Basic Knowledge on Generative AI

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) and data analysis tools.

• Experience with AI/ML projects, blockchain projects, or XR applications (academic projects or internships).

• Basic understanding of decentralized technologies like Blockchain, IPFS.

Training Period: 4 Months

Job Description: BJIT is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as Artificial Intelligence (AI) Trainee Software Engineer. This will be a great opportunity for freshers to get professional training and gain practical experience in the rapidly growing field of AI/ML.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in full-time technical training, completing assignments and project work.

• Collaborate with real development teams to gain insight into industry-level work culture and hands-on experience.

• Understand the development process, including an introduction to development tools and technologies.

• Receive training on the fundamentals of Cloud Services and the AGILE methodology.

• Develop industry-standard soft skills in global business culture, communication, negotiation, and analytical thinking.

Skill Development Training/Hire & Train Program:

• The training program will last 17 weeks, including 4 weeks of project work to develop skills and capabilities

• 50% of the top performers will be selected as permanent employees based on their training evaluations.
