• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of Boiler Chicken contract farming processes.

• Having excellent e-mail, WhatsApp communication skills with MS Office operation.

• Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.

• Should be very good in reporting on time.

• Motor Bike is mandatory for the post to apply.

• New Farm selection & collect required documents.

• Get signature on the agreement papers from the new farmer.

• Collect and prepare Feed requisition, DOC requisition, medicine, vaccine & chemical and as per requisition all products deliver to the farmer.

• Collecting daily reports and posting it on regular basis.

• Daily field visit and monitoring & book closing.

• Arrange and give Field training to farmer,

• Prepare weekly farm status report and submit to the superior.

• Any other task assigned by the management.
