Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare L/C, documents
∎ To prepare Export / Import documents
∎ Checking LC terms and conditions and preparing documents
∎ Monitoring and Upgrading shipments status
∎ Work with internal departments, customs, buyers to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods (Export)
∎ Handle all imports & exports through C&F agent
∎ Liaison with BEPZA, Customs, RJSC, Banks, VAT Office and all other required offices
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Strong written and communication skills
∎ Good analytic skills
∎ Should be punctual
∎ Good in English language and computer literacy
