Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Software Development
∎ Skills Required: Angular Js, Kotlin, Mongo DB, Node JS, Swift (iOS)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to work with multitasking capability.
∎ Monitoring day to day Apps and Webpage Bug and other technical difficulties.
∎ Communicate with Apps and Webpage provider for Bug fixing and other's changes.
∎ Troubleshoot system or network problems and diagnose and solve hardware/software failure.
∎ Maintain online marketing with everyday post and comment reply.
∎ Communicate with new customer's for their profile upgradation,
∎ Maintain mail correspondence with user for any query.
∎ Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
∎ Support new customers to get our services.
∎ Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
∎ Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs. Maintain Call manager.
∎ Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
∎ Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with users and other professionals.
∎ Testing and evaluating new technology.
∎ Make report based on market needs and client's requirements.
∎ Ensuring security of all Company equipment's while present.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent mathematical skills,
∎ Excellent English and Bengali speaking skills,
∎ Energetic and able to work multi-tasking.
∎ Understanding of Company data and customer's Data privacy standards
∎ Integrity, honesty, customer-service skills, solid communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary will be increased after reviewing performance of first three months
