Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS/MSC in Nutrition and Food Science
∎ Diabetes Educator training will be preferable
Job Context:
∎ Educate and motivate the person with Diabetes.
∎ Ensure retention of the patients and generate secondary sales.
∎ Ensure the patient centric approach and maintain CRM as per project
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect all parameter/vital signs and fill the patient profile
∎ Asses the knowledge level of respective person with Diabetes and educate them for better understanding of the disease and corresponding target for control
∎ Key maintenance of call center as well as CRM
∎ To do necessary outbound and inbound call to/from patient and build up strong relationship with patients
∎ Build general awareness on diabetes among mass people through Diabetes Awareness Program/patient meeting
∎ To do report weekly/monthly the activities to the supervisor
∎ To identify the training need himself/herself and suggest authority
∎ Take responsibility for meeting HSE goals and conduct all activities that protect human health and the environment
∎ To understand and comply the responsibilities related with internal control needs, such as Group Code of Ethics, Privacy Policy, related SOPs, Authorization Policy etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Creativity and Diversity as well as versatile approach in operating a program
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Fluency in spoken as well as written Bangla and English
∎ Good efficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Salary: Tk. 5000 (Monthly)
