Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions on sales, back-order or delivery
∎ Need to provide precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Perform every messaging actively to solve client's problem.
∎ Assistance to resolve product or service problems by acting as a bridge between customer and management to clarify customer's complaint, determine the cause of the problem and solve the problem.
∎ Follow up with customers and management to ensure resolution and to convince the customers in fixing lead time.
∎ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
∎ Complete tasks provided by the Supervisor
∎ Prepare report on response/solutions
∎ Coordinate with other functions within company to ensure flawless service to customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 29 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Highly proficient with Microsoft office, Internet browsing
∎ Presentable, proficient in English is a MUST
∎ Highly motivated, self-directed & possessing a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
∎ Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of the information
∎ An active listener with demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills
∎ Well-developed interpersonal skills are necessary; excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Must have a suitable laptop to work
Salary:
∎ In 1 month`s training period, we will provide allowance on daily basis. After successfully completion of 1 months training, only eligible candidates will be recruited as trainee in our company. They will get all the facilities as per company policy.
