Responsibilities & Context:
To coordinate all Auditing jobs with overseas and local production facilities / buying houses / buyers / other Intertek offices as per client’s requirement.
To prepare required job file for Auditors and sent report/ upload report as per client’s instruction and on timely manner. Ensure that, client’s query is properly communicated to the seniors.
Provide all logistic support to the auditors whenever possible.
Assist. Seniors for Marketing the Auditing services locally as when appropriate.
To prepare any record, status and summary for clients and overseas office whenever needed.
To check the invoice before sending/ follow up the payment related issues.
Provide assistance and make the communication for conducting any program/training/meeting etc.
Conduct telephone audit and any other relevant job required by Compliance department.
Attend training and update self, in relevant field always.
