Responsibilities & Context:
Work at various Branches, Divisions/Departments of the Bank.
Execute daily general banking operations and customer services to ensure efficient transaction processing and query resolution.
Drive business growth by cross-selling banking products and assisting in the preliminary documentation of credit files.
Coordinate centralised administrative workflows and logistics to ensure seamless service delivery across all functional divisions.
Provide functional support to branch networks by resolving escalated issues.
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance while actively guiding customers to use digital banking platforms.
