Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally, maintaining a polite and pleasing attitude at all times.

  • Responding to customer queries regarding banking products, services, transactions, cards and account information.

  • Resolving customer complaints and service issues efficiently and in compliance with bank policies.

  • Follow up critical issues and providing timely feedback to the customer

  • Providing accurate information and guidance on banking procedures, services, card usage, internet/mobile banking, loan and other queries.

  • Log customer interactions and feedback into the system or record-keeping and ensuring improvement.

  • Escalating clients queries or complaints to the appropriate department ijn a timey and efficient manner.

  • Meet daily, weekly and monthly performance targets (Call handling time, customer satisfactions, cross selling etc.)
